Yourcell Market Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Yourcell Market handles data for customers, creators and visitors using the marketplace website and Android app.

Data we collect

We may collect account details such as name, email address, role, creator cell name, uploaded product information, order details, support messages and technical information needed to keep the marketplace secure and functional.

How we use data

Data is used to create accounts, process orders, unlock digital downloads after payment confirmation, support creator uploads, manage messages, protect purchases, prevent abuse and provide customer support.

Payments and downloads

Payment processing is handled through the configured payment provider. Yourcell Market does not store card numbers. Digital files and download access are linked to paid orders and customer accounts.

Sharing

We share only the minimum information needed to operate the marketplace, such as order and product information between buyer, creator and platform administrator. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while the account is active and as needed for legal, safety, order, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute records. Users can request deletion from the account deletion page.
