How to request help or a refund
Contact support through the Help Center with the order number and the reason for the request. We review digital delivery failures, items that differ from their description, and physical item problems against the order and product record.
Statutory consumer rights
Where EU consumer law applies, distance purchases generally carry a 14-day withdrawal right. Exceptions depend on the product and the legal conditions. Immediate access to digital content does not, by itself, remove the right: the applicable exception requires the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of that right, together with the required confirmation.
Physical works
For eligible physical goods, use the Help Center before returning an item so support can provide the return instructions. This page does not limit statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.
