Terms and conditions

Using the marketplace

Customers need an account to place an order and access digital downloads. A creator account can submit products and is responsible for the rights to the files and descriptions it provides.

Orders and delivery

The product page shows the listed price, license and delivery description. A digital file is released to the buyer account only after payment is confirmed. For Revolut Pro orders, an administrator verifies the actual full credit manually. If a payment cannot be confirmed, contact support with the order number.

Support and statutory rights

Use the Help Center for purchase, delivery, copyright and account issues. See the Refunds and returns, Licenses and Privacy Policy pages. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
